We welcome all donations of baseball or softball equipment in usable condition.

We encourage those within driving distance of Philadelphia to come to our headquarters to drop off equipment and see our operation in action. If you are unable to visit us in person, you can also ship your donations to us.

HOW TO DONATE EQUIPMENT

Drop it off or Ship it!

Pitch In For Baseball & Softball has two warehouse locations: our headquarters in Warminster, Pennsylvania (just outside of Philadelphia) and another in Los Angeles, California.


We can accept any baseball or softball equipment in safe, usable condition.

Drop off Equipment

To drop off in Los Angeles you MUST schedule an appointment at least 48 hours in advance.

IMPORTANT: Currently, all drop-offs must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance due to COVID-19 protocols.

Ship Equipment

If you are unable to visit us in person, you can also ship your donations to our headquarters in PA. We are able to accept small packages as well as freight. If you are sending freight, please let us know beforehand by calling 267-263-4069.

We offer generous shipping discounts for donors sending gear to us. Please contact info@pifbs.org for estimates and additional info.
