Get Started with Your US-Based Equipment Grant Application

At Pitch In For Baseball & Softball (PIFBS), we are dedicated to empowering communities by providing the necessary equipment to expand or begin baseball and softball programs.

Our goal is to give every child the chance to experience the joy and benefits of playing sports. We invite eligible programs in the United States to apply for our Equipment Grant, aimed at making a direct impact on the lives of young athletes.

Please Note

PIFBS provides eligible groups with one equipment grant per calendar year. The application process for US programs can take up to 3 months, and it’s recommended to apply 8 weeks before the season starts. Successful applicants will be contacted within 2 weeks, and programs must cover shipping and handling costs. An Impact Report is required post-season to stay eligible for future grants.

To apply, submit the Equipment Grant Application and respond promptly to follow-up questions. PIFBS will review and approve applications within two months, and approved grants will be shipped within 15 business days. For more information, please review the guidelines page for full details.
