Office and Program Coordinator
Location: Warminster, PA
Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week, Hourly โ $20/hour)
Position Summary:
Pitch In For Baseball & Softball (PIFBS) is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office and Program Coordinator to support daily operations across the organization. This role is a unique blend of program support, donor relations, and administrative responsibilities. The Coordinator will assist with equipment grant logistics, volunteer communication, donation processing, donor correspondence, special events support, front desk management, and general office operations.
This is a highly collaborative position that supports the CEO and works across all areas of the organization to ensure smooth internal operations and exceptional donor and volunteer engagement.

Internship Opportunities
PIFBS offers seasonal internship opportunities for current students or recent graduates. These internships range from 15-40 hours per week and run during the spring semester, summer, and fall semester.

- Spring Internship: December 1st
- Summer Internship: March 15th
- Fall Internship: July 15th

Pitch In For Baseball & Softball is fortunate to have a broad network of donors and volunteers that make our work possible. Beyond raising funds and collecting equipment, PIFBS periodically has additional volunteer opportunities with varying levels of time commitment, including event based and ongoing positions on the Board of Directors and Advisory Council.
