Schedule a Drop Off
Pitch In For Baseball & Softball has two warehouse locations, our headquarters in Harleysville, Pennsylvania (just outside of Philadelphia) and another in Los Angeles, California. To schedule a day and time to drop off your equipment, please use the form to the right.
We welcome all donations of baseball or softball equipment in usable condition. Generally, PIFBS is most in need of baseballs and softballs, gloves 11″ or larger, BBCOR and USA bats, and catcher’s gear.

We encourage those within driving distance of Philadelphia to come to our headquarters to drop off equipment and see our operation in action. Please make an appointment to drop off the equipment at our warehouse — 1565 Gehman Road, Harleysville, PA 19438.
We enjoy the chance to meet our donors in person, give you a tour, and get to know you better. Our normal drop off days are Monday through Friday, from 10 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. We are also open one Saturday per month to accommodate drop offs. The form on the right will indicate which upcoming Saturdays are available. If you are interested in scheduling a same-day drop off, please give us a call at 267-263-4069.
Those who live near Los Angeles can drop off at our West Coast warehouse Monday-Friday between 9-11 a.m. and 12-4:30 p.m. Pitch In For Baseball & Softball is grateful for the generosity of the Dedeaux Foundation, who provides the funding for our Los Angeles warehouse space. Because of this, please note that the LA warehouse location is staffed by DART Warehouse employees, not Pitch In For Baseball & Softball employees. The hours that are listed in the form to the right are the ONLY hours available. They are NOT open on the weekend – no exceptions.
