Our hearts go out to the families impacted by the devastating fires in Southern California. We have already received many requests and inquiries from leagues, schools, partners, and community members seeking support for young ballplayers in their programs who have lost everything. Pitch In For Baseball & Softball is committed to helping children in Southern California get back on the field this season.

Since our inception in 2005, disaster relief programming has been core to our mission, enabling us to help restore some sense of normalcy to the lives of affected kids and their communities. We can help in that effort by providing much needed gear that will get them back on the diamond as quickly as possible. Pitch In For Baseball & Softball is working closely with our partners and donors to ensure that we have the resources to meet the needs of victims whose lives have been devastated by the Southern California fires while continuing to support the equipment needs of kids around the world. 

We are diligently working to identify and gauge the full scope of needs in the impacted communities. If you encounter a group in need of equipment, please feel free to direct them to our application and get them into the queue. We will work as quickly as possible to address these requests. Please note that in order to receive any equipment from PIFBS, and to ensure a fair and equitable process, an application must be submitted.ย
