Disaster Relief Grant Application
Pitch In For Baseball & Softball was founded in 2005, right after Hurricane Katrina decimated the Gulf Coast. Our very first projects helped to rebuild leagues in Louisiana and Texas that had lost everything. Over the years, PIFBS has helped more than 23 communities and thousands of children around the world.
Disaster Relief Grants operate differently than our general equipment grant program. For projects of scale, PIFBS will need more time to fundraise to support multiple leagues/teams impacted by a natural disaster. If it is a specific community with fewer leagues impacted and a smaller request, PIFBS can opt to fulfill that more quickly.
Before you begin the application, please gather the following:
- Contact names and info for 2 representatives from your league
- Photos of the damages
- League player information (# of teams, # of kids by division)
