Meredith Kim

CEO

Meredith joined Pitch In For Baseball & Softball in 2013 and is an advocate for the impact of sports on youth development. With a B.A. in English from Dickinson College, Meredith’s nearly 20 years of fundraising and management skills have helped to more than double annual revenue, establish a more diverse funding base, strengthen relationships, and measure and communicate impact more effectively. Steve Bizon

Director of Operations & Partnerships

A lifelong sports fan with dreams of having a job in the sports industry, Steve first joined the Pitch In For Baseball & Softball team as an Operations intern in 2013 and became the Director of Operations & Programs later that same year. Steve graduated Summa Cum Laude from Gwynedd-Mercy University, with a degree in Sports Management. Steve manages all aspects of our equipment grants and in-kind donations of equipment. Bri Wilson

Director of Development

As a collegiate softball player, Sport Management major, and overall sports enthusiast, Bri brings a unique perspective to the PIFBS team. In addition to playing softball during her time at Alvernia University, Bri also served as the President of Sport Management Association and received the university’s Excellence in Sport Management award. Chris Albright

Operations & Program Manager

While he was never much of an athlete, Chris has always had a passion to work in the sport industry. Before joining Pitch In For Baseball & Softball, Chris graduated Temple University with a degree in Sport & Recreation Management. During his time at Temple, Chris worked with Temple University Football, served as President of Sport and Recreation Professional Association, and served as the Philadelphia Phillies Visiting Team Bat Boy. Kirsten Karbach

Manager of Communications & Impact

Kirsten joined PIFBS following eight years as a play-by-play broadcaster in Minor League Baseball. She earned a B.A. in mass communications from the University of South Florida, and spent one year with the Charlotte Stone Crabs, six broadcasting for the Clearwater Threshers, and one as Director of Public/Media Relations and broadcaster for the Reading Fightin Phils. The Florida native was the first woman to be named the lead play-by-play broadcaster for an MiLB team in 2014.
