Amazing Partnership
We came out swinging in March and teamed up with the Amazin’ Mets Foundation. As a result, over 50 little league teams received kits with the equipment they needed to enjoy the game they love!
Donor Spotlight – Owen
As part of his bar mitzvah project, Owen from South Orange, NJ, donated equipment to PIFBS and helped raise $500. Thank you, Owen, for giving more kids the opportunity to play!
Phundraising With the Phils
We partnered with the Philadelphia Phillies to gain extra support for kids needing equipment. As part of their Phillies Phlex Phundraising Program, links were provided with the promo code “PIFBS” to purchase tickets to select games in April. Portions of the proceeds went directly to the PIFBS program.

Happy Birthday, IKF!
On March 23rd, we celebrated New York Yankees’ Isiah Kiner-Falefa’s birthday. In 2021, Isiah donated nearly $10,000 of equipment to high school ball players in and around Dallas, TX. Happy birthday, Isiah! Your generous support is greatly appreciated!
Glove Giveaway
On March 28th, PIFBS’s Instagram page presented the chance to win an A200 Pedroia Fit PF88 11.25” RHT glove. All participants had to do was like the post, follow PIFBS, and tag a friend before the first pitch at 1:05 pm on March 30th. The winner was notified on March 31st!
Volunteer Opportunity
The opportunity was available to help the PIFBS’ operations team on April 6th from 10:00 am – 2:00 pm. It was a great chance for people to sign up and prepare equipment for our 2023 program!
Numbers Are In
This month, we received our official numbers for February. We are pleased to announce that we supported over 6,000 youth players in 17 states! We also provided equipment to those in need in Puerto Rico and Uganda. We could not have done this without everyone who has donated or helped support our program. Thank you!
