Congratulations! Your equipment grant has been approved and is ready to ship!

Is this donation tax deductible?

No. In accordance with IRS regulations, because goods/services are being received in exchange for your payment, the total amount of your payment is not tax deductible by law.

When will my equipment arrive?

After we confirm shipping has been paid, typically equipment leaves our warehouse within 1-3 business days. You will be contacted individually by one of our staff members with tracking information when your equipment ships.

Do I need to do anything else?

All equipment grant recipients are required to submit an impact report and photos. Failure to submit these requirements within a reasonable amount of time following the completion of your season will result in your team/league being ineligible to receive future equipment grants. The impact report and photos are required so that we are able to communicate our impact to donors which enables us to raise more dollars and support programs like yours.
