Is this donation tax deductible?

Yes. Pitch In For Baseball and Softball is a 501(c)3 tax-exempt organization and your donation is tax-deductible within the guidelines of U.S. law. To claim a donation as a deduction on your U.S. taxes, please keep your email donation receipt as your official record. We’ll send it to you upon successful completion of your donation.

What are the next steps?

After we confirm that your donation has come through successfully, a PIFBS staff person (likely the one you have been in contact with about donating your gear) will email you the UPS shipping labels. Just print them out, tape them to the boxes, and drop them off at a UPS store. Don’t forget to include a donation form!

Does my shipping invoice include the UPS discount?

Yes, the shipping quote that was prepared for you includes a discount from UPS of approximately 75% off of typical retail shipping costs.
