“Syrin Crosby, a first-year 12U Softball player, came into the season with no gear or equipment from home. With the grant that we received, we were able to provide her with a new glove, fielder mask, and bat. At the beginning of the season, Syrin was scared and not confident at all in her abilities but by providing her with all the tools that she needed to succeed, she gained confidence and was given the ability to learn, play and grow within our organization.”
