MLB RBI Equipment Request Form 2024

In Partnership with Pitch In For Baseball & Softball.

As you may know, Pitch In For Baseball & Softball is partnering with MLB to provide equipment to select RBI leagues. We would like to invite your program to apply for an equipment grant. Please complete the following form to describe your current equipment/uniform needs. PIFBS & RBI will review all requests and follow up with a decision as soon as possible.

If approved, please note, this is not an official order – the supply chain is continually changing and some items may no longer be available. PIFBS staff will work with you to find alternatives if necessary.

If your application is approved, PIFBS will ask your program to send us photos and complete an impact report form at the end of your season. More details will be provided later in the process.
