Ashtabula Little League in Ashtabula, OH, received an equipment grant from PIFBS in 2020. The league serves a diverse and economically challenged community, and hoped to instill a sense of pride in its athletes by providing them with new equipment to use. Due to COVID-19 their registration numbers were down significantly, but they were able to have a small season and give kids an opportunity to be active outdoors.
