Important Ticket Information & Policies

Please review the following requirements regarding your tickets for the Pitch In For Baseball & Softball night at the Phillies:

  1. Digital Distribution: All tickets are mobile-only and will be accessible via the MLB Ballpark app. While you may receive an order confirmation earlier, your digital ticket barcodes will be released and available in the app on the day of the event.
  2. Strict No-Resale Policy: These tickets are intended for the use of our supporters and their guests to benefit our organization. Tickets may NOT be resold on the secondary market (such as StubHub, SeatGeek, or Vivid Seats, etc).
  3. Rebate Eligibility: PIFBS reserves the right to cancel any tickets being sold on secondary markets.  No refunds will be given.
  4. No Refunds: Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
